We are under no illusions that the problems facing society in general are seemingly intractable but we are also convinced that individual actions can make a difference. We believe that a knowledge and commitment to the environment, health, well being, diversity, human rights, and of communities can improve business performance and make leadership more satisfying. A Revolution of Values There is no doubt that we are in the midst of a revolution in technology, globalisation and values that can be seen as both a curse and a blessing. Business is the principal motor for growth in the world and open markets clearly contribute to sustainable social and economic development. However there are valid concerns about the unequal distribution of the benefits and the long-term impact of a generation lacking basic education and access to technology. enCONCERT enABLE The talents and technologies that are now enabling business can also be utilised to enable individuals, communities and the Not-For-Profits which support them. Everyday we experience the tremendous enabling effect of collaboration and connectivity between individuals - we hope that, in some small way, we can help to do the same for our communities.
